In their deep stages of meditations, they heard these divine sounds which they encoded as Mantras.

Mantra means "a transformative vehicle of the mind". It has the power to transport the stressful, anxious, restless & sad states of mind to peace, positivity, creativity & cheerfulness.

There are many mantras used in the ancient practices of the Yoga System to bring peace & harmony with our inner and outer world. They are also targeted to achieve specific results.

In today's lifestyle of stressful & competitive living, we continuously keep depleting our precious energy which is required for maintaining a peaceful mind & healthy body. Hence, in modern times, we can use this ancient wisdom for our benefit by meditating upon them.

Part 1 - Understanding Mantra

This section comprises of 6 short videos on introduction to Mantras. Once you understand the basics of mantras and their purpose and how they work, the practice of meditation becomes more useful. Even a simple knowledge goes a long way for gaining the benefits of the Mantra meditation.

 
Part 2 - How to Meditate (Instructions in Three Positions)

This section is comprised of 3 videos of instructions for 3 positions to choose from to do your Mantra meditation practice - 1. Sitting on Floor 2. Sitting on Chair 3. Laying down on Mat or Bed


Part 3 - Learn Four Parts/Sections of the Meditation
 

This Mantra meditation involves 4 practices to achieve the maximum benefit of your meditation practice - 
1. Releasing the tension exercises: This gentle practice helps to release the stress from our nerves ending in our feet & hands.
2. Gentle stretching exercises: You will be guided to gently stretch some core muscles to release the blockages for a better flow of blood & energy in our body. One does not need to be flexible to do these gentle stretches.
3. Breath Balance exercise: You will be taught a gentle movement for streamlining your breathing. It enhances the capacity of our lungs & helps to build internal focus. All of the above three exercises prepare our body and mind to be ready for the Mantra meditation.
4. Meditation on Mantra: This is the main part of the meditation. You will learn how to meditate in the position you choose - sitting on the floor, on the chair, or laying down. In this section, you will also learn how to finish your meditation.

There are three separate videos of instructions in the 3 different positions.


Part 4 - Start your Mantra Meditation Practice & receive your Meditation audio download link. 

After learning the basics of mantras, the meditation positions and the 4 steps of the meditation process, this is the final, guided meditation practice. You will be guided through the 4 steps of releasing the tension, stretching & breath balance to enjoy and gain the maximum benefits of your regular Mantra meditation practice.

You will also receive a link in your email to download the audio of your meditation practice. Once you download, you can listen and practice your meditation without the use of wifi or internet connection. It is yours for ever to keep :)
