DAY 1
Introduction to Yoga and Breath Awareness
- Focus: The Basics of Yoga, Connection with Breath & Mind for Aches & Pains.
- Objectives:
- Understand the foundational principles of yoga.
- Learn the importance of breath in yoga and its role in physical and mental balance.

DAY 2
Foundation of Standing Poses and Balance
- Focus: Building Strength & Stability and their importance for Brain's health.
- Objectives:
- Learn foundational standing poses.
- Improve balance and grounding through steady alignment.

DAY 3
Core Awareness and Seated Poses
- Focus: Building Core Stability & Flexibility and their impact on mind.
- Objectives:
- Strengthen the core muscles and deepen awareness of body alignment.
- Learn fundamental seated poses for flexibility in the spine and hips.

DAY 4
Introduction to Heart Openers
- Focus: Building Flexibility and Openness for Stress Management.
- Objectives:
- Explore gentle backbends and heart-opening poses to build flexibility & emotional healing.
- Emphasizing the role of openness and trust in yoga practice.

DAY 5
Integrating the Practice - Full-Body Flow and Relaxation
- Focus: Integration and Relaxation for Sleeping Better.
- Objectives:
- Integrate all learned poses into a gentle, full-body yoga flow.
- Conclude with a deep relaxation session for overall balance and clarity.
